智通财经APP讯，紫荆国际金融(08340)发布公告，于2025年4月1日(联交所交易时段后)，卖方紫荆顾问有限公司(公司全资附属公司)与买方订立买卖协议，内容有关以650万港元的代价出售一辆汽车。
据悉，该汽车为一辆由Rolls-Royce Motor Cars制造的黑色库里南四座车，连同属于其的所有物件(包括但不限于钥匙及服务手册)、车牌及所有相关牌照，由卖方合法及实益拥有。
