美国总统特朗普周一签署了一项行政命令，旨在终止现场娱乐活动中的门票价格欺诈行为。

　　该命令指示联邦贸易委员会（FTC）与司法部长帕姆・邦迪（Pam Bondi）合作，确保音乐会和娱乐行业执行竞争法，其目的是维护消费者购票各个阶段的价格透明度。命令要求更严格地执行《更好在线票务销售法案》（BOTS Act）——这是一项2016年的法律，允许联邦贸易委员会对使用机器人大量购买音乐会门票并转售的个人和公司采取行动。

　　在2022年泰勒・斯威夫特的“时代巡回演唱会”期间，价格欺诈问题受到了更多关注，当时转售价格高达数万美元。高昂的价格引发了立法者对美国最大的票务网站和演唱会推广商Ticketmaster的强烈反对，他们指责该公司存在垄断行为。

　　去年，美国司法部和30位州及地区检察长对Ticketmaster的母公司Live Nation提起了反垄断诉讼，指控该公司滥用其行业主导地位损害美国粉丝的利益。

　　Live Nation在一份声明中表示，它支持改革门票转售做法的努力。声明称：“黄牛和机器人阻止粉丝以演出者设定的价格买到票，我们感谢特朗普总统直面这些问题。我们支持任何有意义的转售改革——包括加强对《BOTS 法案》的执行、限制转售价格等等。”
