智通财经APP讯，佛朗斯股份(02499)发布公告，兹亦提述中国证监会于2019年11月14日发布并于2023年8月10日修订的《H股公司境内未上市股份申请“全流通”业务指引》及中国证监会于2023年2月17日发布的《境内企业境外发行证券和上市管理试行办法》，内容有关在联交所上市的H 股公司申请股份全流通的程序。

董事会欣然宣布，本公司于2025年4月3日收到中国证监会就H股全流通出具的《关于广州佛朗斯股份有限公司境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》(备案通知书)。本公司已就H股全流通完成向中国证监会的备案。根据备案通知书，倘本公司自备案通知书出具之日起十二个月内未能完成H股全流通的转换及上市，则如本公司拟继续进行转换及上市，应更新备案材料。
