智通财经APP讯，融科控股(02323)公布，于2025年3月26日，公司收到Tian Yuan法律代表发出的法定催款函，要求公司根据2019年贷款协议及2019年担保在送达法定催款函后三周内支付约10.81亿港元，当中包括(i)未偿还本金额6.6亿港元;(ii)于2019年12月9日至2022年12月9日期间的利息约1.59亿港元;及(iii)于2020年6月19日至法定催款函日期期间的违约利息约2.62亿港元，否则可针对公司提出清盘呈请。
董事认为，公司将无法偿还法定催款函所订明的未偿还款项。公司目前正在评估法定催款函对集团的影响，并正在就其可能就法定催款函采取的行动寻求专业建议，包括但不限于法律及财务建议。该集团将与Tian Yuan磋商延长还款日期及其他可行选择的可能性。
