4月3日金融一线消息，浙商银行今日召开2024年度业绩说明会。谈及数字化变革过程中的体会，浙商银行董事长陆建强表示，不能把科技部门当做是中后台，也绝对不能让每一个业务单元来进行数字化、线上化，浙商银行出台了ITBP模式，每一个部门的负责人都带一个人科技人员的助手来研究其行业数字化转型方向。

　　陆建强明确指出，数字化转型是所有工作的主线，也是浙商银行未来发展方向，目标是在数字银行方面，我们不仅要走在股份制银行的前列，还要跑在全金融机构的前面。立足长三角地区，我们有这方面的优势，也有这样的信心往前走。
