美团新一轮架构调整 公司高级副总裁张川转任顾问
4月7日，记者获悉，美团最近通过内部邮件公布了新一轮组织架构调整，自今年5月1日起，高级副总裁张川转任公司顾问。
邮件内容显示，张川经与公司管理层多次沟通，希望开启人生的新篇章。因此双方商定自今年5月1日起，张川将转任公司顾问，换一种方式继续帮助公司出谋划策，特别是在公司战略、组织传承和出海拓展等方面。
公司管理层对张川在美团的工作表示了充分肯定与感谢，并祝福张川在新的人生旅程中继续乘风破浪，精彩辉煌。
据了解，张川2017年初加入美团，先后担任美团平台及综合事业群总裁、广告平台负责人、到店事业群总裁。公开报道显示，在张川带领下，美团到店事业群在提升本地商户的供给效率、标准化等领域推出了多项举措与产品，成功搭建了完善的本地商业数字化基础设施。丰富的本地商户供给、标准化的产品与服务、稳定的现金流，是张川在负责到店事业群为美团创造的三大核心价值。
邮件同时提及，张川在美团期间，还培养发展了多位中高级管理者和业务负责人，身体力行地帮助塑造美团文化。
在转为顾问后，原张川负责的点评事业部将由S-team成员、美团平台负责人李树斌兼任负责人。同时，原张川带领的软硬件服务，则由原SaaS事业部负责人肖飞担任负责人。
