先机企业集团(00176.HK) 公布，旗下全资附属Best Process Investments Limited于上周四(3日)，与余铭龙订立买卖协议。据悉，先机企业集团同意向余铭龙出售先机金融集团全部已发行股本，代价为30万元。
据介绍，先机金融集团为在香港注册成立的有限公司，并根据证券及期货条例获发牌照，可进行第4类、第5类、第6类及第9类受规管活动，为先机企业集团间接全资附属公司，是次出售事项录得亏损约149.4万元。
应先机企业集团要求，其股份自今年4月1日起暂停在联交所买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
