1-3月，该集团取得累计合同销售(连合营企业及联营公司的合同销售)金额约人民币54.4亿元及合同销售面积约53.62万平方米，合同销售均价约人民币10,500元╱平方米，及公司股东权益应占合同销售金额约人民币29.6亿元。
