Greentown China (HKG:3900) saw monthly sales of 21.8 billion yuan from the sale of 3,478 units of self-investment projects in March with a sales area of 510,000 square meters, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Average selling price for the month was 42,602 yuan per square meter.

The monthly sales include contracted and subscription sales, according to the property company.

For the first quarter of 2025, Greentown China logged 36.3 billion yuan in contracted sales with a sales area of nearly 1.1 million square meters. As of March 31, subscription sales stood at 2.5 billion yuan.

In March, the firm's project management business saw total sales of around 6.7 billion yuan, with a sales area of 510,000 square meters.
