智通财经APP讯，泰达生物(08189)发布公告，于2025年4月8日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理有条件同意以公司配售代理的身份按竭尽所能基准促使不少于6名承配人按配售价每股配售股份0.375港元认购最多1.035亿股配售股份。配售价较于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股H股0.435港元折让约13.79%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，所得款项净额将约为3830万港元(扣除配售事项的佣金及其他开支后)，相当于每股配售股份的净发行价约为0.370港元。
