智通财经APP讯，浙商银行(02016)公布，近日，公司收到部分董事、监事、高级管理人员及总行部门、分行、子公司主要负责人拟通过上海证券交易所交易系统集中竞价交易方式自愿增持公司 A 股股份的通知，拟以自有资金共计不少于 2000 万元自愿增持公司 A 股股份。实施期限自 2025 年 4 月 9 日起 6 个月内(如期间存在 N 个交易日限制董事、监事、高级管理人员买卖股票，则上述期限顺延 N 个交易日)。
