Littelfuse has launched a search for a new finance chief as Meenal Sethna prepares to step down after roughly nine years as chief financial officer of the industrial technology manufacturer.
Sethna, who joined the Chicago-based company in 2015 as senior vice president of finance and a year later took on the role of CFO, will remain with Littelfuse through Sept. 1.
Littelfuse President and Chief Executive Greg Henderson said the company is well positioned with the financial strength to fuel its next growth phase.
The leadership change isn't the result of any matter relating to the Littelfuse's financials, operations, policies or practices, the company said.
