消息面上，4月7日，中环新能源与Sama Tech Ventures L.L.C(Sama科技创投有限责任公司，以下简称“Sama Tech”)签署战略合作协议，双方将围绕脱碳领域的信息共享、中东地区业务拓展及项目合作建立长期联动机制，共同挖掘阿联酋及海湾合作委员会(GCC)地区的绿色能源投资机遇。
据介绍，此次合作，双方整合资源、协同战略，将建立长期信息交流机制，共享阿拉伯联合酋长国、海湾合作委员会国家及全球脱碳领域的政策动态、技术突破及项目机会。Sama Tech将利用其深耕中东市场的丰富经验，为中环新能源在阿联酋及海湾合作委员会地区的市场渗透、项目落地提供本地政策解读、资源对接协助等支持；中环新能源则凭借其技术储备与产能优势，推动双方在低碳技术输出、绿色能源投资等领域形成合力。此次在低碳技术商业化、新兴市场准入等维度的合作探索，将助力中环新能源加速开拓“一带一路”沿线市场，也为全球能源转型提供了“中国方案+中东落地”的创新模式。
