智通财经APP讯，创维集团(00751)发布公告，于2025年4月11日，公司间接非全资附属公司深圳创维光伏与浙江爱旭太阳能及百色市政府订立投资协议，订约方同意透过成立项目公司推行光伏项目。
根据投资协议条款，项目公司的初始注册资本总额为人民币9亿元。深圳创维光伏将就项目公司的初始总注册资本出资人民币5.5亿元。浙江爱旭太阳能及百色市政府将分别就项目公司的初始总注册资本出资人民币2.5亿元及人民币1亿元。
集团的新能源业务是在中国市场的客户端零售部门销售及安装分布式光伏发电站，作住宅及商业用途。集团亦生产及销售光伏产品。透过投资光伏项目，集团将能够快速布局高效太阳能电池及组件生产制造能力，提升产品技术壁垒及产品在市场端溢价能力，打造高端市场差异化产品。光伏项目为各订约方提供了充分发挥各自能力和专业知识的机会。
