消息面上，晶泰控股-P此前发布公告 ，公司已获港交所批准，公司将不再被视为未商业化公司，而将被视为已商业化公司。获批准后，晶泰控股的英文及中文股份简称将不再印有“P”标记，自2025年4月9日上午9时正起生效。据悉，公司2024年度营业收入为2.66亿元人民币，超过了上市规则第18章中2.5亿港元“已商业化公司”的收入门槛。
此外，美国FDA宣称，将在单抗等诸多药物方面逐步放弃动物试验路线，转而追求“更有效的人类相关研究方法”。AI制药受到市场关注。晶泰科技此前与亚洲领先的韩国药企JW Pharmaceutical签署千万级人民币的战略合作协议。晶泰科技将为JW提供一套药物发现自动化工作站和基于AI的化学反应优化平台。此次合作标志着晶泰科技自动化实验室解决方案首次获得海外药企客户的采购，具有重要的里程碑意义。
