智通财经APP获悉，卡罗特(02549)一度跌超7%，触及3.34港元创新低，月内股价已累跌超三成。截至发稿，跌4.62%，报3.51港元，成交额161.92万港元。
消息面上，美国“对等关税”大超市场预期。卡罗特此前于年报中披露，鉴于集团的部分收入来自对美国市场的出口，倘美国关税税率持续维持或提高，可能会对集团的定价竞争力及利润率产生不利影响。公司已采取措施降低相关风险，例如优化供应链，并于2024年开拓东欧、南美及澳大利亚等替代市场。
据悉，截至2023年及 2024年12月31日止年度，公司来自美国品牌业务的收益分别为约7.4亿元及约12.51亿元，分别占同期公司来自品牌业务总收益的53.6%及67.2%。于报告期间，公司来自美国品牌业务的收益较去年同期同比增长约69.0%。另值得注意的是，卡罗特已于4月2日迎来5418.3万股解禁。
