Engineering company Greaves Cotton (NSE:GREAVESCOT, BOM:501455) has appointed Parag Satpute as managing director and group chief executive officer of the company, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
He will be responsible for Greaves Engineering, Greaves Retail, Excel Controlinkage, and Greaves Technologies, effective from Monday.
