路透莫斯科4月14日 - 全球第二大石油出口国和第二大天然气生产国俄罗斯的新能源战略显示，在未来25年，俄罗斯的原油产量将保持稳定，天然气产量和出口将大幅增长。
俄罗斯曾是欧洲的主要贸易伙伴，但在 2022 年入侵乌克兰后，俄罗斯对欧洲的管道天然气出口崩溃，不过俄罗斯原油对全球市场的出口仍在继续。
根据俄罗斯政府周一公布的新能源战略，俄罗斯的天然气出口（包括海运液化天然气和管道输送）目标是在2030年达到2,930亿立方米，高于2023年的1,460亿立方米。预计到2050年，这一数字将跃升至4,380亿立方米。该文件是俄罗斯能源行业的长期愿景，同时也设定了目标。
根据新战略，直到 2050 年，石油年产量将稳定在 5.4 亿公吨（1,080万桶/天），高于2023年的5.31 亿吨。预计石油出口也将保持基本稳定，2030-2050 年间每年出口 2.35 亿吨，略高于 2023 年的 2.34 亿吨。
俄罗斯在能源战略中预计，2030 年液化天然气出口量将从 2023 年的 450 亿立方米跃升至 1,420 亿立方米，并在 2050 年进一步增至 2,410 亿立方米。(完)
