智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月14日，保利物业(06049)股东将股票存入中国证券登记结算香港，存仓市值61.01亿港元，占比126.3%。
保利物业近日宣布，已完成H股全流通相关事项，1.94亿股内资股于4月14日转换完毕，并将于4月15日上午9时在香港联交所上市交易。
股本转换后，公司股权结构亦随之显著调整。转换前，保利物业内资股为4亿股，占已发行股份的72.29%;H股为1.53亿股，占27.71%。转换后，内资股降至2.06亿股，占比37.29%;H股则升至3.47亿股，占62.71%，实现多数股份可在港交所自由流通。
