凤祥股份复牌一度涨超24%，截至发稿，股价上涨22.67%，现报1.84港元，成交额333.16万港元。
凤祥股份发布公告称，菁裕企业（Falcon Holding全资拥有）建议以吸收合并方式将公司私有化，H股每股现金要注销价2港元，较停牌前收报溢价33.33%，总额约4.89亿元。生效条件达成后，公司将向联交所申请自愿撤销H股的上市地位。同时，要约人保留提出现金注销价替代方式之权利，即股东可按指定兑换比率收取潜在存续证券。
