智通财经APP讯，中华燃气(08246)发布公告，于2025年4月16日(联交所交易时段后)，公司(作为发行人)与胡先生(作为认购人)订立贷款资本化协议，据此，订约方有条件同意，认购人将认购而公司将按资本化价格每股资本化股份0.119港元配发及发行合共2.3亿股资本化股份。认购人应付的所有资本化股份的资本化价格总额将须于完成后，透过资本化及抵销部分贷款的方式结付。
假设已发行股份总数于本公布日期至配发及发行资本化股份期间并无变动，资本化股份占于本公布日期已发行股份总数约5.70%;及经配发及发行资本化股份扩大的已发行股份总数约5.39%。
公司将向联交所申请批准资本化股份上市及买卖。
