保利物业1.94亿股内资股完成H股全流通，H股占比升至62.7%
保利物业（06049）宣布，已完成H股全流通相关事项，1.94亿股内资股于4月14日转换完毕，并将于4月15日上午9时在联交所上市交易。
根据公告，公司早在2025年1月27日获得中国证监会的备案批复，随后于3月21日获香港联交所批准。此次完成的股本转换标志着公司H股全流通正式落地。
股权结构亦随之显著调整。转换前，保利物业内资股为4亿股，占已发行股份的72.29%；H股为1.53亿股，占27.71%。转换后，内资股降至2.06亿股，占比37.29%；H股则升至3.47亿股，占62.71%，实现多数股份可在港交所自由流通。
公司指出，此次H股全流通有助于提升股票流动性和市场透明度，吸引更多国际投资者参与。但同时提醒股东及潜在投资者密切关注相关风险，谨慎决策。
