消息面上，关税战局势仍在持续演绎。摩根士丹利此前列出30家对等关税重灾股。该行指出，目前追踪分析的30家中资股，全数股份的美国相关收入占比都达30%以上，当中以泉峰控股的77%最高。花旗近期予泉峰控股“沽售”评级，因其依赖在中国生产。开源证券此前指出，美国衰退担忧、关税政策风险为当前估值压制核心因素，2025年地产刚需释放、置换周期来临驱动需求侧温和复苏，受制关税环境导致盈利能力短期承压，伴随公司加速推进海外产能迁移有望驱动2027年利润显著释放。
