项目情况和招标内容如下。

项目概况：

拟在云南省禄劝县建设200MW/400MWh共享储能项目，主要建设储能电站、220千伏升压站一座、储能仓用房、生活用房、 水泵房、危废间及配套外送输电线路。约占地 44.87亩。其中

储能设备：购置安装磷酸铁锂电池储能系统398.75MWh，钠离子电池储能系统1.42MWh。

招标范围：

禄劝共享储能项目（EPC+O)-勘察设计-采购-施工总承包和运营管理所包含的全部内容。项目储能单元、升压站、生产综合楼、220kV送出线路、临时方案等工程勘察设计、设备材料采购、建筑工程、安装工程及调试工作、运营管理等。

项目总投资55022.34万元。招标规模约4.6亿元。

计划工期：

2025年6月10日前储能系统及升压站、送出线路主要设备等全部到场；2025年6月30日前全容量并网发电；2026年1月31日前完成所有专项验收取得相应专项验收报告，并完成项目所有手续的办理（含运营准备期）。

运营期：20年。
