中信金融资产提名袁欣为非执行董事并建议更换核数师
中信金融资产（02799）发布公告，2025年4月23日召开董事会会议，提名袁欣为非执行董事，任期三年，任期届满可连选连任。袁欣为高级会计师，具有丰富的工作经验，曾在中国人民银行担任多个重要职务，符合相关法律法规对非执行董事的任职资格要求。值得注意的是，袁欣与董事、监事、高级管理人员及主要股东之间没有关联关系，并且在过去三年内未在其他上市公司担任董事职务。
此外，公告建议更换核数师。根据相关规定，国有金融企业连续聘用同一家会计师事务所原则上不超过5年。由于安永华明会计师事务所及安永会计师事务所已连续提供审计服务5年，董事会提议聘请立信会计师事务所及香港立信德豪会计师事务所为2025年境内外审计机构，任期自2024年度股东大会批准之日起至2025年度股东大会结束之日止。
