GRP's (SGX:BLU) key management, Kelvin Kwan Chee Hong was requested by the Immigration Department of Malaysia to assist in an investigation related to employment issues at the company, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Hong was advised by the Malaysian authority to fully meet the requirements of the country's labor laws.
The company has already provided requested documents to assist in the investigation.
