智通财经APP讯，顺泰控股(01335)发布公告，于2025年4月27日，公司全资附属公司顺弘有限公司(买方)与一名独立第三方(卖方)订立销售合约，据此，买方同意以总代价人民币1398.75万元购买机器，其包括102组4U36储存服务器、50组2U16电子运算服务器以及配件。
该等机器的储存容量约为70拍位元组，可用于云运算及数据储存相关服务。该等机器亦可用于开采Filecoin。Filecoin为一种加密货币暨去中心化储存网络，提供基于区块链技术的文件储存及共享服务。Filecoin主要为了鼓励储存服务供应商将未使用的存储空间转换为可产生收益的资产，并将其硬盘空间提供予网络使用。公司目前有意使用该等机器开采Filecoin。
近年，数字资产及云运算行业发展迅速。经考虑加密货币付款在全球各地受欢迎程度日增;Filecoin在数据储存相关功能方面的潜力;Filecoin成为主要加密货币之一的潜力，董事会认为，合约为集团进入加密货币开采及数据储存相关业务带来良机。
该等机器将运送至中国香港并于香港运作。卖方主要负责提供云运算、人工智能及大数据储存解决方案。
