* 花旗在报告中表示，将美团的目标价从217港元下调至204港元，京东9618.HK外卖初期实现的订单量主要反映有吸引力的折扣或补贴吸引了更广泛的用户群体，刺激了用户在饮料、零食和正餐方面额外的下单频次，可能对美团的短期订单量影响有限。
花旗称，但是考虑到京东外卖的折扣力度、对骑手的优厚报酬以及免除商家佣金，这很可能迫使美团加大对用户、骑手和商家的补贴，并加速推出骑手福利，这将对美团的营收增速和单位经济效益构成压力。美团可能会放缓海外扩张计划，以抵消国内“核心本地商业”板块的利润压力。
