内部备忘录显示，高盛集团（GS.N）已任命苏希尔·巴蒂亚（Sushil Bathija）为亚洲（除日本外）并购业务主管，维克拉姆·查瓦利（Vikram Chavali）为亚洲（除日本外）赞助方并购业务主管。该行发言人证实了备忘录内容。

　　备忘录指出，巴蒂亚和查瓦利将继续与区域及全球领导层密切合作，共同推动高盛并购业务的成功运营。他们将向高盛亚太区并购业务联席主管拉加夫·马利雅（Raghav Maliah）、吉野佳彦（Yoshihiko Yano）和埃德·维蒂格（Ed Wittig）汇报，这三位高管于去年被任命为亚太区并购联席主管，负责拓展和深化该地区交易覆盖范围。

　　根据备忘录披露，巴蒂亚现任高盛亚洲（除日本外）消费零售业务主管，并兼任亚洲（除日本外）并购团队首席运营官。他同时担任亚洲（除日本外）投行业务运营委员会及亚太行为准则委员会委员。

　　查瓦利现任高盛亚洲（除日本外）科技、媒体与电信业务首席运营官，并担任亚太承诺委员会委员。
