ES-CON Japan (TYO:8892) confirmed plans to pay a year-end dividend of 48 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The total dividend payout amounts to 4.66 billion yen, in line with the company's progressive dividend policy, which aims to maintain or increase dividends without decreasing them.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of March 31, with an effective payment date of June 26.
