WSFS Financial raised its quarterly dividend to 17 cents a share from 15 cents and approved an additional 10% share repurchase authorization.
The parent company of WSFS Bank also reported that first-quarter core earnings per share rose to $1.13 from $1.11.
The new payout provides a 1.3% yield based on Thursday's closing stock price of $52.15, up 1.9%. Shares were flat after hours.
WSFS Financial's dividend was at 15 cents since 2022, when it was raised from 13 cents.
