智通财经APP讯，民银资本(01141)发布公告，于2025年4月30日，为精简集团架构为目的，民银国际投资(香港)已将民银国际投资的已发行股本总额以1.00美元转让予民银国际。于本公告日期，民银国际投资直接持有7.58亿股股份，占已发行股份总数(不包括任何库存股份)约68.97%。
据悉，民银国际为公司的控股股东，民银国际投资为民银国际的直接全资附属公司，民银国际投资(香港)为民银国际的直接全资附属公司。
公告称，股份转让为集团内部重组，以精简集团架构为目的。
