智通财经APP讯，融创服务(01516)发布公告，集团为进一步优化战略布局，将更多资源与管理精力聚焦投入在一二线核心城市，于2025年4月29日，公司全资附属公司融远投资与广西老彰家等订立股权交易协议，以实现集团全面退出彰泰服务集团。据此，融远投资将其间接持有的广西彰泰融创智慧80%股权，以代价人民币8.2662亿元，通过相关交易安排转让给广西老彰家。本次交易完成后，集团将不再持有彰泰服务集团任何权益。
目标公司持有彰泰物业100%股权。彰泰物业是一家位于广西壮族自治区的综合性物业管理服务提供商，截至2024年底，在管建筑面积约为2049万平方米。广西老彰家为一家于中国注册成立的有限公司，主要从事物业管理。由广西奋斗阿泰生活服务合伙企业(有限合伙)持有55%权益，由桂林智胜投资有限公司持有40%权益及由桂林福诚商贸有限公司持有5%权益;广西奋斗阿泰生活服务合伙企业(有限合伙)由丁宗华持有79.9%权益及由王兰持有20%权益;桂林智胜投资有限公司由李晓艶持有99%权益。
