智通财经APP获悉，锅圈(02517)午后涨超20%，截至发稿，涨20%，报2.7港元，成交额1.62亿港元。
消息面上，锅圈公布，已于近期收到中国证监会就公司实施H股全流通所发出之日期为4月25日的备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司已完成向中国证监会就公司股东锅圈实业及不约而同持有的公司约9.38亿股境内未上市股份转为H股的备案。
此外，公司收到股东锅圈实业出具的承诺函。根据承诺函，基于对公司长期价值及长期发展前景富有坚定信心，锅圈实业自愿承诺，自本次全流通完成之日起的6个月内，其将不会以任何方式出售通过此次全流通转换的公司H股股份。
