新浪科技讯 4月29日下午消息，近日有海外社交媒体消息称，英伟达打算在中国作为独立公司运营，将通过与中国国内公司建立合资企业来实现业务分拆。

　　对此，英伟达回应新浪科技称：“此传闻为假消息，这些说法没有任何依据。将毫无根据的主张和猜测作为事实发表是不负责任的。”（罗宁）
