智通财经APP获悉，长江生命科技(00775)再涨超8%，盘中高见1.01港元，月内累计涨幅已超85%。截至发稿，涨8.6%，报1.01港元，成交额2909.14万港元。
消息面上，长江生命科技此前公布，旗下针对滋养层细胞表面抗原2（TROP2）的新型癌症疫苗，在临床前阶段实验室测试中取得良好的早期成果。长江生命科技表示，已向香港知识产权署提交circRNA及融合蛋白TROP2癌症疫苗的原授标准专利申请，并向美国专利商标局提交相关临时专利申请。经过详细评估，公司认为该TROP2癌症疫苗的成功商品化，可为公司带来潜在的重大经济效益。
此外，公司将在美国芝加哥举行的美国癌症研究协会（AACR）2025年度年会上，展示研发中癌症疫苗临床前研究最新数据。上述癌症疫苗针对黑色素瘤优先表现抗原 （Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma “PRAME”）、细胞程式性死亡-配体1 （programmed cell death-ligand 1“PD-L1”）、 B7-H3免疫检查点 （B7 homolog 3“B7-H3”），以及Claudin 6蛋白质。
