Fortune Information Systems (TPE:2468) appointed Lin Shin-Min as chairperson, following the dismissal of Marie Su Mei-Chun, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The change was triggered after an institutional shareholder offloaded over half its holdings during the director's term, resulting in automatic dismissal under local corporate law.
