智通财经APP讯，中亚烯谷集团(00063)发布公告，于2025年4月25日，公司与中山翠亨集团有限公司(中山翠亨，一间于中华人民共和国成立的有限公司)订立战略合作框架协议。中山翠亨及其最终实益拥有人为独立于公司及其关连人士(定义见香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则)的第三方且与公司及其关连人士概无关连。根据战略合作框架协议，订约方同意成立战略合作伙伴关系，利用在中国中山市翠亨新区的产业园区(翠亨产业园区)内的互补优势。
董事会认为，战略合作框架协议为订约方提供宝贵机会，可利用各自的资源及专业知识，以为翠亨产业园区的开发创造互惠及协同效应。因此，董事会相信，战略合作框架协议项下的建议战略合作符合集团的长远发展目标及业务发展策略，并符合集团及其股东的利益。
