Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Limited has announced new management changes effective from April 28, 2025. Mr. Fong Wai Ho has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Board. He will also serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration, Nomination, and Risk Management Committees.
