BlockBeats 消息，4 月 30 日，BitMEX 联合创始人 Arthur Hayes 在迪拜的 Token2049 大会上表达了对加密市场的看涨观点。
“是时候全面做多一切了，”他在主题演讲中表示，指的是加密货币和股市。为支持这一观点，Hayes 提出了他常提到的论点，即美国将需要以类似量化宽松的形式有效印更多钱，他认为这最终可能推高加密货币价格。
Hayes 主要将当前市场状态与 2022 年第三季度进行比较。他指出，当时市场状况令人担忧，例如央行加息。在加密领域，也正值 FTX 崩盘之前。然而，他表示，美国通过其回购计划干预并推出了 2.5 万亿美元的资金。
而特朗普推动对美国贸易伙伴征收高额关税后，市场普遍对经济状况感到担忧。最初的声明导致市场崩溃，但在关税暂停 90 天后，市场有所缓解。Hayes 还表示，美联储主席鲍威尔并非特朗普的粉丝，不太可能出手干预市场修复。但他辩称，即使银行系统不直接为修复提供资金，相对价值对冲基金也会通过美国国债回购来提供资金。他表示，这些对冲基金可能会购买更多债券，这将增加流动性。
Hayes 认为，到 2028 年，比特币的价格可能会升至 100 万美元。
