Westpac's half-year profit to drop by $89.4 million due to hedging

April 30 (Reuters) - Australia's Westpac Banking Corp WBC.AX on Wednesday said its net profit after tax for the first half of 2025 would be reduced by A$140 million ($89.35 million) due to notable items related solely to hedging, which are expected to reverse over time.
