Regency Centers Q1 Nareit FFO, Revenue Rise; 2025 Guidance Reaffirmed

Regency Centers (REG) reported Q1 Nareit funds from operations late Tuesday of $1.15 per diluted share, up from $1.08 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.13.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $380.9 million, up from $363.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $375.4 million.

The company reiterated its full-year 2025 Nareit FFO guidance of $4.52 to $4.58 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.55.
