Odaily星球日报讯 DeFi 借贷协议 Soul 宣布将于 5 月 16 日启动 SO 代币的公募，旨在推动 DeFi 回归公平分配与广泛参与的初心。本次公开轮将分配 25%的代币总量，估值基于公开轮募集资金确定，所有代币在代币生成事件（TGE）时完全解锁。SO 代币用于协议治理、收益增强及价值分享，持有人可通过质押获得额外收益，并参与收益分配及回购机制。目前，Soul 测试网已上线。 此前，Soul 已完成 400 万美元的私募轮融资，由 XVentures Fund、TPC Ventures、RV Inc 以及来自 Coinbase、LayerZero、Flowdesk 和 Pi Squared 的天使投资人参与，资金用于支持协议早期开发。
