JAKARTA, April 29 (Reuters) - The chief of Indonesia's GoTo Gojek Tokopedia GOTO.JK said on Tuesday there was no agreement between the company and any party towards entering into any merger.
Patrick Walujo was responding to a question during a call with investors on whether the company would merge with with Grab GRAB.O and reiterated a statement made in February.
The merger talks between GoTo and Grab, which is backed by Uber UBER.N, have been on-and-off, with no deal yet, due mainly to competition concerns over the two major Southeast Asian players merging. GoTo operates the ride-hailing and food delivery platform Gojek.
