新股消息 | 粤源建设港股IPO招股书失效
智通财经APP获悉，4月30日，粤源建设于2024年10月31日所递交的港股招股书满6个月，于2025年4月30日失效。
据招股书，粤源建设是一家幕墙总承包解决方案提供商，总部位于中国广东省。公司专为中国建筑项目设计、加工、组装及安装定制幕墙。建筑结构挂着的幕墙属非承重建筑外墙，主要含铝材、玻璃、钢材及石材等不同轻质材料，用以增强建筑外墙的美感，提高能效，保护免受外部环境因素的影响，如风、水、尘、热、寒、噪、光。
粤源建设提供不同类型的幕墙以及其他相关物品，包括金属屋顶、户外门窗和轻型钢结构工程。公司在中国广东省惠州市设有生产设施，用于加工定制的幕墙产品及其他相关物品，年生产量高达944500平方米。于2021财年、2022财年、2023财年及2024年上半年，公司生产设施的利用率分别约为94.9%、85.5%、88.9%及90.1%。
于2023年，按幕墙工程总收益计，中国10大幕墙工程承造商占总市场份额的约8.0%，这表明整体幕墙工程市场相对分散。在广东省市场参与者中，10大非国有幕墙解决方案提供商占中国总市场份额的约 2.8%。
根据行业报告，按2023年收益计集团在位于中国广东省的非国有幕墙解决方案提供商中排名第八，在中国幕墙行业中的市场份额约为0.2%。
