China Vanke (SHE:000002, HKG:2202) plans to sell 73 million of its A-share treasury stocks through centralized bidding, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The shares represent the entire A-shares repurchase by Vanke in 2022, which accounts for 0.61% of the property developer's share capital.
Funds raised from the planned share sale will be used to bolster Vanke's working capital, it said.
Vanke reported a wider net loss in the first quarter of 2025 at 6.25 billion yuan, as revenue declined 38% year over year to 38 billion yuan.
