Google's parent company is offering around $4 billion of US high-grade corporate bonds on Monday, Bloomberg reported the same day, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
Alphabet separately intends to sell its first bonds in Europe as soon as Tuesday, according to Bloomberg.
The company didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment on the Bloomberg report.
Also on Monday, Procter & Gamble (PG) and D.R. Horton (DHI) each filed a prospectus supplement with the US SEC related to the sale of an undisclosed amount of notes.
