智通财经APP获悉，紫金矿业(02899)早盘一度涨超4%，截至发稿，涨2.94%，报17.48港元，成交额5.35亿港元。
消息面上，紫金矿业公布，拟将下属境外黄金矿山资产重组至中国香港的全资子公司紫金黄金国际有限公司(Zijin Gold International Company Limited，以下简称“紫金黄金国际”)旗下，并申请将紫金黄金国际分拆至香港联交所主板上市。本次拟重组整合至紫金黄金国际旗下的公司下属境外黄金矿山资产由多座世界级大型矿山组成，主要包括位于南美、中亚、非洲和大洋洲的黄金矿山。相关重组工作目前尚在推进过程中。
美银证券认为，由于紫金矿业的建议仍需等待股东和监管机构的批准，交易日期和细节尚未确定，因此目标无法获得准确的估值或作出盈利预测。然而，该行认为建议有助于实现黄金资产价值，是该股短期内的正面催化因素。该行认为，集团的黄金资产价值被低估。由于紫金估值吸引、金铜销量增长强劲及成本控制执行稳健，维持“买入”评级，目标价19港元。
