智通财经APP获悉，美兰空港(00357)高开逾11%，截至发稿，涨11.46%，报10.7港元，成交额276.06万港元。
消息面上，美兰空港发布公告称，海口美兰国际机场向海南机场(内资股要约人)转让50.19%持股，总代价25.2亿港元，相当于每股作价10.62港元。完成后，要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司股本52.05%，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股H股现金价10.62港元，较上一交易日(4月30日)收报溢价10.63%。涉资最高约24.1亿港元。要约人有意维持公司的上市地位。
目前，美兰空港主要从事航空及非航空两大业务：航空业务主要包括提供停机坪服务、航站楼设施、地勤服务以及旅客和货物的处理服务；非航空业务主要包括 出租美兰机场的商业及零售铺位、机场相关业务特许经营、广告位、酒店服务、停车场、旅游服务及出售免税品及消费品等。
