从相关信息来看，Switch2搭载了NVIDIA为其量身定制的Tegra239处理器。该芯片性能强劲，拥有8个Arm Cortex-A78C核心，GPU部分融合了Ada Lovelace和Ampere架构，配备1536个CUDA核心，理论性能相较于前代产品有显著提升。
在CPU主频方面，Tegra239芯片会根据掌机或底座模式的不同运行状态，在1.1GHz至1.5GHz之间动态浮动。此外，该芯片还支持128位的LPDDR5内存接口，这一设计有效提升了带宽与功耗效率。
